~ 部門を超えたチームとの効果的な作業関係を構築し、維持し、成果物の状況と重要な側面(タイムライン、範囲、リソース計画)を要約し、議論することができます。
~ プロジェクトレベルの標準化を確実にする
~ プログラミング ソリューションを提供し、実装する。知識の共有を確実に行います。
~ 問題解決の面での専門家として行動する。
~ 規制の提出/インタラクション、安全レポート、出版物、ポストマーケティング活動など、データセットと出力のタイムリーで品質の開発と検証を確保
~ チーム内のリード/共同リードの新しいプロジェクト
~ 独自のチームおよび/またはプロジェクトチーム/機能コミュニティ内で革新的なアイデアを生成します
~ プロジェクト全体でチームのイノベーションの機会を認識し、活用
~ メンターと、問題を解決するために他の人を鼓舞
~ 受領後24時間以内にノバルティス製品に関連する技術的苦情/有害事象/特殊事例の報告
~ マーケティングサンプルの配布(該当する場合)
Key Performance Indicators
いくつかの研究、中規模から大規模なプロジェクト、またはプロジェクトレベルの活動のすべての統計プログラミング/データレビューレポートと分析開発の側面を担当します。医薬品開発計画をタイムリーかつ高品質な成果物で効率的に実行する上で、主要な協力者および戦略的パートナーとして機能します。社内および規制ガイドラインに従って、プロジェクト/研究の基準および仕様に準拠しています。プログラミングスタイル、統計レポートの品質、タイムラインへの準拠を監督します。
